When you submit a form on our website or otherwise contact us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address (if provided), and any message or details you choose to share (for example, your interest in a specific role or in working with us). We also collect basic delivery and interaction data for messages we send you, such as whether a message was delivered or read.
We collect this information directly from you when you complete a form on our website (including our landing pages and job-listing pages), reply to our messages, or contact us by phone, email, or WhatsApp. By submitting your details, you consent to be contacted by us, including via WhatsApp.
We use your information to contact you about work and job opportunities, respond to your inquiries, send you relevant information and next steps, and manage our recruitment and placement processes. We do not sell your personal information.
We contact interested candidates and leads through the WhatsApp Business Platform, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. Messages you exchange with us are delivered and processed through WhatsApp/Meta in accordance with their terms and privacy practices. You may stop receiving WhatsApp messages from us at any time by replying "STOP" (or "הסר"), or by contacting us at or@n-pr.co.il.
When you apply for a position through our website, you may be directed to a third-party recruitment platform — currently operated by Nilosoft — to enter your details and upload your CV. Personal information you submit on that platform is collected and processed under that provider's own privacy policy and terms of use, and the provider is responsible for that initial collection and processing, including any automated or AI-based processing it performs. NPR does not control that provider's internal processing.
If that provider shares application information with us (for example, your application status), we use it only to manage your application, contact you, and provide recruitment-related services, in accordance with this policy and applicable law. We do not use it for other purposes that were not agreed in advance or disclosed to you.
We may use automation and AI-based tools to operate and improve our services, assist in responding to inquiries, and support internal processes. Personal information is processed with such tools only to the extent necessary for the purposes described in this policy. We do not use website users' personal information to train third-party providers' general-purpose models, unless we provide specific notice and act in accordance with applicable law and consent requirements.
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality, measurement and analytics (including approximate location data for statistical purposes), and — where enabled — marketing and conversion tracking.
